Leveraging Feminine and Masculine traits to rebalance the World
Please join the TOGETHER! Network and meet Nilima Bhat co-author of Shakti Leadership and The Cancer is Me.
On May 6th you will have an opportunity to meet Nilima Bhat stopping off in Los Angeles while touring across the globe. A facilitator of personal and collective transformation, founder of Sampurnah Holistic Health Sciences, conscious leadership consultant, integral health expert, visionary, facilitator, speaker, coach, and author of Shakti Leadership you will learn about new definitions and methods that you can apply to modern leadership, business and life.
Transitioning From Old to New:
Our current one-sided notion of a leader’s power is the root cause of a host of contemporary problems, including social breakdown, environmental degradation, an epidemic of stress and depression in the workplace, and corruption in business and government. Men and women have been trained to value leadership qualities that are traditionally thought of as masculine: hierarchical, individualistic, militaristic; win-at-all-cost. Many increasingly recognize that the future needs to be more feminine, rooted in nurturing and caring. How will we get there?
Join the TOGETHER! Network and Nilima on May 6th, 2017 and learn about Shakti Leadership: Embracing Feminine and Masculine Power in Business (co-written by Raj Sisodia, co-author of Conscious Capitalism). Shakti Leadership inspires us how to operate from a place of service by guiding you through experiences that identify your higher purpose and create cultures of meaning. By harnessing “Shakti” or a deeper feminine “force” of energy, a new type of entrepreneurial culture can be born – one that models humility and compassion, recognizes the value in different kinds of minds, and believes in the wholeness of all things.
